Handcrafted on a limited scale, it was fermented in small lots and aged in French oak for 18 months. Full-bodied and smooth in texture, it features notes of black currant, black plum, and black cherry.

Handcrafted in French oak for 18 months. Notes of cherry, candied strawberry, and rasberry are accompanied by traces of spice and black pepper. Only 70 cases were produced.
Our 2009 Albariño is the product of our vineyards in the recently declared San Antonio Valley appellation, located in southern Monterey County. Estate grown in a mix of calcareous rock, broken shale, decomposed granite, and clay, this wine provides a clear expression both of varietal character and of our vineyards' unique terrior. Handcrafted on a limited scale, it was slowly fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel and features a light body and pleasing acidity. Notes of apricot, peach and citrus are accompanied by a nuance minerality. Only 150 cases were produced.

With a character that combines liveliness and depth, its bright fruit gives way to a rich, layered complexity. Though it may be enjoyed while young, it also shows considerable aging potential.

Originitating in our vineayards in the San Anotnio Valley appellation at the southern tip of Monterey County, our 2009 Rosé was estate grown in a mix of calcareous rock, broken shale, and decomposed grantite. COmprised of the comparitively robust varietals of 50% Zinfadel, 25% Petite SIrah, and 25% Petite Verdot, it combines a richness and depth of fruith with the characteristic lightness of a rosé. Handcrafted ona limited scale, it was fermented in French oak and aged for 6 months. Notes of strawberry and boysenberry are accompanied by a dsitinctive minerality. Only 30 cases were produced.
Still quite uncommon in the United States and rarely presented on its own, Graciano is a distinctive Spanish varietal best known for its role as a component in wines from the Rioja region. Hearty, full bodied, and with intense fruit, our 2008 vintage provides an excellent demonstration of many of the varietal's characteristic virtues. Handcrafted on a limited scale, it was fermented in small lots and aged in American, French, and Hungarian oak for 18 months. Rich notes of blackberry and olallieberry are accompanied by traces of spice and lingering tannins. Only 60 cases were produced.

Benefitting fron the abundant sunlight, wide diurnal temperature variation, and rocky soils of our region, the 2009 vintage is a versatile, medium-bodied wine full of bright fruit and with a lively, buoyant character. Hand-crafted on a limited scale, its components were fermented in small lots and aged in French oak for 12 months. Aromas and flavors of rasberry and wild strawberry are accompanied by floral notes and a touch of minerality.
